: Christmas at Bass Pro Shops 52 destination retail stores across America and Canada will be bigger and better than ever. The company has added over 1,500 jobs nationwide, including 52 Santas, to staff their stores during the Christmas season. We invite our customers to bring the kids and grandkids and make memories that last a lifetime at our very special Santa’s Wonderland , said Johnny Morris, Bass Pro founder. On December 9 at 5:30 p.m.
Santa will arrive via sleigh, carriage, ATV or boat, depending upon the store location. Local children’s groups will be singing Christmas carols in front of the store, there will be a ceremonial tree lighting, and customers will be treated to hot chocolate and cookies from 5-8 p.m. Beginning November 9 and continuing until December 24 Toys for Kids’ collection boxes will be set up at the stores’ entrances for customers to donate toys for distribution to local children’s charities.
Santa will be in residence throughout the season. Customers may get a free 4×6 photo with Santa and his reindeer from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. with extended hours beginning November 27.
