Gary Neal Johnson, an artistic associate for the Rep, returns for the eighth year as Scrooge, and Robert Gibby Brand, a 18-year veteran of the show, returns in the role of Charles Dickens, having in previous years played Fred and Mr. Fezziwig. Dean Vivian, a veteran of Kansas City stages and last seen at the Rep as the Interviewer in Love, Janis, will play Bob Cratchit, and Rep veteran Jeanne Averill will play Mrs. Cratchit.
Long-time Carol cast member Michael Linsley Rapport will once again play Mr. Fezziwig; he will be joined by Peggy Friesen who will return to the role of Mrs. Fezziwig. Kathleen Warfel will play The Ghost of Christmas Past for the first time this year, having most recently played Mrs. Cratchit and Mrs. Fezziwig. Also returning to the show are Larry Greer as Marley, Brad Shaw as the Ghost of Christmas Future and Jim Gall as the towering Ghost of Christmas Present.
Tiny Tim is again played by Zack Hoar as well as Whittaker Hoar and Grant Lorenzen.
