Along with Peppa Pig, the show included appearances by Big Rory and Rudolph the Red Nosed Mongrel, beautiful Ice Angels, a nine foot walking Christmas Tree complete with lights, decorations and fairy, a booth of Christmas delights, stilt walkers, trapeze artists and of course Santa himself. There was live music from local brass bands and choirs, plus special appearances by all the characters from this year’s panto, Cinderella.
Hosted by Tower FM’s Jon Holling, the Mayor, Councillor Peter Evans and ‘Coronation Street’ actor Tom Hudson also joined the party.
