Are you kidding me? The people that can afford xmans lights have moved out of Bummertown. The ghetto residents that are left have to save their money to go xmas shopping at Goodwill and St Vincent Depaul. You might as well decorate dumpsters around town with xmas lights. No worries, no one will be able to tell the difference between the dumpsters and the houses in Bummertown.
