Friday evening we enjoyed the home-school Christmas party at a church member’s house. Since our daughter Elizabeth is home-schooled, we were invited to attend. Also preschool age children were invited. It was a carry-in supper and there was plenty of food. After we ate the children all exchanged their gifts. I am guessing there were 25 or more children to exchange gifts including the pre-schoolers who also exchanged together.
Lovina, 3, and Kevin, 2, were both unable to go because they were recuperating from being sick. But Elizabeth had fun at the event and it was nice to hear ideas from the other mothers on tips about home-schooling.
