ANDERSON, Ind. - Anderson police arrested a Salvation Army bell ringer for shoplifting Christmas ornaments on his break. Thirty-three-year-old Sean Sayers was arrested on a misdemeanor charge. He s being held in Madison County Jail without bond for allegedly violating terms of probation on a previous case. Police say he went inside a Wal-Mart during his break and slipped about $20 worth of Christmas ornaments inside his jacket and a fast food bag.
